What data we process
Browsing data. The server hosting the site automatically logs technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) to run and protect it.
Data you send us. When you email or book a call through the calendar: name, email, details about your project and anything else you choose to share.
Cookies and browser storage. Described in the Cookies section below.
Why, and on what legal basis
Replying to requests and arranging the discovery call: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Security and operation of the site: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Loading the Calendly calendar: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Tax and accounting duties if you become a client: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who receives it
Only providers that help deliver the service, appointed as processors: Register S.p.A. (hosting, Italy); Calendly LLC (bookings, USA, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework); Cloudflare Inc. (delivery network and security, if enabled, under standard contractual clauses); the email provider. Data is never sold or used for advertising.
How long we keep it
Requests and bookings: as long as needed to handle them, and no more than 24 months after the last contact. Client data: 10 years for tax purposes. Browsing data: according to the hosting provider's technical retention.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to Chiara@distratisworld.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority. Providing data is optional, but without it we cannot reply.
